FREDRICK O. OMATSEYIN ESQ, LL.B, B.L, LL.M is a trained lawyer and a loan and risk management expert who has cut his teeth in the field of legal practice in a number of highly demanding cases where he represented the Honourable Minister of the Federal Capital Territory and individuals of high net worth in settlement of intricate commercial disputes and in other cases such as Investment Law and Policy,real estate and commercial law. He is an Attorney / Project Law Expert. He also renders legal advisory services and draft legal document for clients.

Mr. Omatseyin in the past participated in the registration of a Billion Share Capital Subsidiary Company for the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), and also drafted several transfer documents for the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund. He also acted as part of the team of experts that negotiated a N19 Billion Mass House Project for Dwelling Place Properties L.T.D among others.
