MICHAEL K. BIELONWU is the Managing Partner of the firm. He is a member, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Member, Nigerian Bar Association and Member, International Bar Association, IBA.
Mr. Bielonwu has participated in the defense of the office of the Honourable Minister of the Federal Capital Territory in several important cases where he obtained judgments in favour of his client.
He has also handled several criminal defence cases where he has obtained discharge and acquittal for his clients in several landmark cases. He has also done a number of arbitration matters before the Abuja Multi-door Courthouse and several other arbitration tribunals. In the course of his legal practice, Mr. Bielonwu has had cause to participate in the preparation, drafting and negotiation of several Public Private Partnership Agreements (PPPA); between Nigerian companies and Federal Agencies.
As the legal adviser, he advised the former Director General of the Industrial Training Fund on several important industrial and labour related issues as well as vetted several important Memorandum of Understanding between the Federal Government Agency and some collaborating corporate bodies.
Mr. Bielonwu has also handled several debt recovery matters for both corporate and individual clients against Federal and State Government Agencies, Corporate bodies and private individuals, just to mention a few.
